We believe that simplicity is a luxury that is often overlooked. We’ve done the heavy lifting for you and have taken away the pain of making endless decisions on finishes and design and the hassle of dealing with municipal permitting. We have three professionally designed interior décor packages for you to select from. Beyond selecting one, you’ll only have a handful of decisions to make. That’s it. You can breathe again.
Accessible
Each Sprout is built to last, so we are confident that they will see many different occupants. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy our buildings, including those with mobility issues or other disabilities. Each building leverages universal design principles, so you’ll notice the light switches are a bit lower, the power receptacles are a bit higher, and the hallway and bathroom sizes are generous. Everyone is welcome.

Our modular design approach offers the flexibility to ensure your property gets the ideal Sprout. Choose from things like the number of bedrooms, design packages, kitchen components, solar panel additions, and more. While our building system is designed for consistency, it's far from being uniform or cookie-cutter. We believe no two Sprout homes will be exactly alike; each will be uniquely charming, yet all unmistakably Sprouts.

By using standardized materials and sourcing locally, we also minimize waste and carbon emissions.
