The exterior wall hosts lower cabinets, upper open shelving, a 24-inch range and dishwasher, and a sink with faucet. This base kitchen also includes an island with drawers and a microwave cubby. All of which is topped with quartz countertops and a matching quartz backsplash.

Customization options include replacing the pantry with a cabinet combination and counter space for a coffee station, switching open shelving for closed upper cabinets, or removing the island to make space for a dining table. The design also allows for full-size appliance upgrades, if preferred.
