The Garden House is Sprout’s original single-storey dwelling series: compact, practical, and designed for everyday comfort.

Available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, it can work as a backyard suite, cottage, rental dwelling, guest house, or right-sized home for changing family needs. Each layout is fully finished, energy-conscious, and built with durable materials that are made for real life in Nova Scotia.

From drawings and permits to construction and finishes, Sprout manages the process from the ground up, so you can focus on how the space will be used once the keys are in your hand.
